We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is submitted it cannot be canceled or changed.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and the carrier’s details. If you need more help with your order, feel free to reach out to us or call us at 1-805-956-1338.
Where do you ship in the U.S.?
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Our goal is to get your order to you fast. Typically, orders in the mainland U.S. arrive in 3 to 5 business days after payment. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take a bit longer.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we’ve got and handled your return, we’ll start the refund process within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank might need more time to show this refund in your account.
What is the shipping time frame for my order?
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Usually, items are shipped within one business day after we process your payment.
What is your return policy?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kidscalma.com? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You can return your product within 90 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we don’t offer gift exchanges. For returns, we’ll refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees. There are no extra charges. However, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Keep the packing list handy for return arrangements, and hold onto any emails about your order as they’re important. Once we get your return, we’ll process the refund within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund on your account.

We not only test the final product but also regularly check paints and coatings to ensure they meet or surpass government guidelines for heavy metals, lead, and phthalates in children’s items. These tests are done by third-party labs that are accredited and recognized as top scientific facilities globally.
